ASGCO offers two types of belt cleaners: Primary conveyor belt cleaners or pre-cleaners and secondary belt cleaners. Both types of belt cleaners or an essential part of any conveying system.
Our design capabilities also include the use of detailed finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS software, as well as internally developed Lorbrand programs. Lorbrand’s pulley manufacturing facility is ISO9001:2015 certified, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and for each pulley produced, Lorbrand generates a data book containing original design information, certificates of materials, inspection reports, test data, approved drawings, and any other pertinent information.
Designed and manufactured in-house at our state-of-the-art facility, every Lorbrand conveyor pulley and conveyor sheave is built with revolutionary technology, from self-cleaning centrifugal seals to the use of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
